has been selling and servicing computer systems,
parts and peripherals since 1996. Our
core staff has more than 40 years experience in
software development, networking design,
implementation, and support as well solid local
customer relations.
The reason we started DfwOnline.net:
Ever since "big business" (read
AOL, MSN, Prodigy, Earthlink, Sprint, etc..)
has attempted to take over this industry by
purchasing all of the local providers we have seen
a steady decrease in performance, reliability, and
last but not least customer service . If you
have not spent over one hour on hold with one of
these "biggies" trying to get a simple
support or billing question answered you are
either very lucky or brand new to the internet.
