Changing Access Number in Windows ME
 

BEFORE YOU BEGIN:  Let this page download completely, then disconnect from the
Internet.  The following changes can not be made while your computer is dialed up.

Click "Start", "Settings", then "Dial-Up Networking"

RIGHT click on the dfwonline icon and select "Properties"

Change the "Telephone Number"

Click "OK"
