WARNING: Several dial-up modems
currently on the market are packaged and promoted as V.92/V.44. Many of these
modems are only V.92 ready, which means that the user would have to go to the
manufacturer's website and download an upgrade, when and if they become
available. Also, some V.92/V.44 packaged modems do not include the full feature
set of the V.92/V.44 standard.
Because of the vast selection of modems and software in the market place,
DfwOnline.net does not provide tech support for v.92 related issues.
Please contact the hardware vendor or the party who provides hardware support
for your computer system.
